Shipping policy

At Lexi Jewelry each piece of jewelry is handcrafted to order. Most orders ship within 1-5 business days. Depending on availability of materials, some orders might take up to 10 business days to ship.

Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped.  If the item happens to be out of stock or unavailable, we’ll let you know by e-mail and get you an estimated delivery date.  All orders within the continental U.S. are shipped via USPS.
